What is TB and what is its origin? Part 1
Tuberculosis (TB) is a bacterial infection That usually affects the lung area and sometimes the organs near it (like the bones and the stomach). OKAY, WHAT? contagious disease, is caused by micro-bacterium tuberculosis and affects people with weakened immune systems at large which causes Pulmonary TB (a TB type that primarily affects the lungs). Tuberculosis historically known as "The White Death", "The consumption" or "droplet infection" is characterized by the growth of tubercles(nodules) otherwise known as Ghon focci on the lungs which causes cavities if untreated, damage to the lungs and strings along difficulty breathing.
